Este momento decisivo lleg\u00f3 dos meses despu\u00e9s de que Robert E. Lee se rindiera y terminara la Guerra Civil, y dos a\u00f1os y medio despu\u00e9s de que el presidente Abraham Lincoln firmara la\u00a0<a title=\"Emancipation Proclamation\" href=\"https:\/\/www.tolerance.org\/classroom-resources\/texts\/emancipation-proclamation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Proclamaci\u00f3n de Emancipaci\u00f3n<\/a>. Fue un d\u00eda importante de la historia y de la lucha por acabar con la esclavitud en Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"ai-optimize-17\">Esta fecha deber\u00eda ense\u00f1arse sin duda en nuestros salones, y se honra en todo el pa\u00eds con celebraciones llenas de alegr\u00eda y con el relato sentido de historias negras.
